I. The suffix
“-ness”
「字尾」是一個或一組字母,置於某字的後方以形成另一個字。字尾“ness”通常放在形容詞後方,以形成名詞。有時,它也可以放在動詞後方,以形成名詞。這個字尾表示某事物的質量或狀態。
