說明 此為形容詞(Adj)與副詞(Adv)原級比較的句型，表示「A和B一樣……」。第一個as是副詞，用來修飾後面的形容詞或副詞，第二個as是連接詞，用來引導副詞子句。
‚ 主要動詞為be動詞或連綴動詞時，須接形容詞原級；動詞為一般動詞時，則接副詞原級。
ƒ 若比較的對象為代名詞，則第二個as之後通常接代名詞主格加助動詞或be
動詞。在口語中，as之後也可以直接接代名詞受格。

說明 make (使……)、find (覺得……)、think和consider (認為……)為不完全及物動詞，受詞後仍須形容詞作為受詞補語，才能使句意完整。
‚ it在此句型中為虛受詞，真受詞為之後的不定詞片語(to V)。

說明 感官動詞為不完全不及物動詞，後面不接受詞，但須有主詞補語(SC)來修
飾主詞，主詞補語可以是形容詞(Adj)或是介系詞片語like加上名詞。
‚ 常見的感官動詞有：feel表示「感覺起來」、look表示「看起來」、smell表
示「聞起來」、sound表示「聽起來」和taste表示「嚐起來」。
