C、範文Sample

A good friend is someone you can trust and someone who is always ready to give you a hand. He/She can listen to you and share in your happiness and sorrow. When you are upset, he/she will comfort and encourage you. When you are in need, he/she will be ready to help you. In other words, a true friend stands by you in every situation.

Take something that happened to me recently, for example. I once got a very poor grade on an English test. I actually burst into tears when I got my test paper. My best friend, Julie, felt very sorry for me. She told me to calm down and look over the test paper again. She pointed out that I hadn’t really understood some of the grammar rules on the test. She suggested that I try to get more familiar with them before the next test. She even went with me to study at the library. With her encouragement and support, I did very well on the next English test. I really appreciate the help of my good friends.
